1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using OGHub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Website presentation

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to applicable laws or regulations, or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.

Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent such laws are applicable.

3. Data Protection

OGHub protects all your data through secure databases. Passwords are encrypted. We collect the following personal data:
- Username
- Email (for newsletters only for OGHub)

OGHub will not process, host, or transfer information collected from its users to any country outside the European Union, or to any country deemed “inadequate” by the European Commission, without informing the user in advance.
However, OGHub remains free to select its technical and commercial subcontractors, provided that they offer sufficient guarantees in compliance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679).
OGHub undertakes to take all necessary precautions to safeguard the security of your personal information and to prevent it from being disclosed to unauthorized parties.
In the event that OGHub becomes aware of a breach affecting the integrity or confidentiality of your personal data, OGHub will promptly notify the affected users and indicate the corrective measures taken.
OGHub does not collect any “sensitive data” as defined by the GDPR.
Your personal data may be processed by OGHub subsidiaries and subcontractors (service providers) strictly for the purposes defined in this Privacy Policy. Within the scope of their responsibilities, the main persons likely to have access to OGHub user data are our customer service agents.

4. Hyperlinks, Cookies, and Tags

The OGHub website may contain hyperlinks to other websites, created with the user’s prior authorization. However, OGHub does not control the content of such external sites and assumes no responsibility for their content or policies.
Unless you disable cookies, you agree that the site may store them on your device. You can disable cookies at any time, free of charge, using the options provided on your browser, although this may reduce or prevent access to some or all of the Services offered on the site.

5. User-Generated Content

Each user is solely responsible for the content published from their account.
If a user fails to comply with the rules imposed by OGHub, as well as applicable European Union regulations, their account may be suspended or terminated without notice.

6. Account Deletion

To delete your account on OGHub, you must use the dedicated form available in your account settings, indicating the reason for your request.
Your data will be kept for up to 31 days to allow you to reactivate your account in case of accidental deletion. Once this period expires, all your personal data will be permanently deleted from OGHub systems.
In the future, we may offer an option for you to download a backup of your data before deletion. Such backups will never be stored on OGHub’s servers.

7. Subscriptions and Payment Terms

OGHub subscriptions are processed and managed via Stripe.

• Renewal: If your subscription is configured as an automatic renewal in Stripe, you will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
• If your subscription is configured as a one-time payment, you must manually renew it each period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the “Cancel my subscription” button in your account. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period unless otherwise stated.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers): Under EU consumer law, you have a legal right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. However, if you choose to access OGHub’s premium features immediately after purchase and agree to waive your right of withdrawal, you will no longer be entitled to a refund once the service is fully provided.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on OGHub, including but not limited to texts, images, graphics, logos, software code, designs, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of OGHub or its licensors.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on OGHub without prior written authorization from OGHub.
Regarding user-generated content, users retain ownership but grant OGHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

OGHub strives to provide reliable and continuous service but does not guarantee that the website or its services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
OGHub shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the site or its services, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
Users use the site at their own risk.

10. Changes to Terms of Use

OGHub reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the site.
It is the responsibility of users to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of OGHub after changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lille, France.
